Teaching Artist,
Arts Education Coordinator,
and Camp Director
2014-Present
I have been a certified teaching artist since 2014, when I started to teach art to elementary aged students in an afterschool arts program where I instructed students through Long Beach and Orange County. I have experience teaching all ages now from pre-k to 100 (if you’re over 100 and you still want to learn art, I’m all for that too! It’s never too late). I have taught clay, cyanotype and photography, zine, illustration, and comics workshops for all ages in a variety of spaces from libraries to schools to art centers.
I am currently the Arts Education Coordinator at Center for the Arts Eagle Rock. I have organized, staffed, and directed Center for the Arts Eagle Rock’s Summer and Winter Arts Camps from Summer 2022 to present. I have overseen the camp staff teach 45+ campers ages 6-12 in areas of Visual and Performing Arts.
